Browse the curated listings to find the apartment you like best, that’s closest to your work or campus and fits your lifestyle in your budget. Once you’ve found the perfect place—click the link at the bottom of the listing to send us a rental request!

THE RENTERS PORTAL's listings are regularly updated and you can subscribe to our 'first look' email list and get our newest rental properties delivered directly to your inbox.

— Step 2 —

Within 24-hours, one of our experts will contact you and guide you through the next steps of the process. We help you gather your required documents (eg- passport, student visa, credit check, proof of funds, guarantor, local bank account, etc), upgrade your applicant status, and will ensure your tenant application is perfectly prepared before we make the landlord introduction on your behalf.

Don't forget:  Apply to one of our welcoming landlords with confidence and what's best     is our service is at
no charge to tenants!

— Step 3 —

On receiving the landlord’s approval, you'll sign your lease and you're set to move in!

We're here to help you throughout the entire rental process—from applying right to moving day. Once your lease contract is signed, you pay the rent directly to the landlord and the apartment is yours!
